If you have questions about anything regarding another thread, go ahead and ask in that thread and one of us will help you there!Īpologies to the OP if you are able to answer him, just thought I'd give him what info I could as fast as I could. I'm running his 46A debloated as much as I could. As time permits, he's working on a 46A version of his customized VS985 ROM. He's also released the completely stock 46A Marshmallow, and I have debloat scripts in the third post of that thread. Once you have TWRP on, you can wipe and flash a stock rooted ROM if you prefer, including 46A Marshmallow.Īs for ROMs, 's VS985 v2.0 based on 35B is excellent. Putting TWRP on after 12B gets more complicated. You can put TWRP on 10B with the Play Store TWRP Manager app. Rooting after 10B is more complicated because the Stump app doesn't work after that. I recommend 10B because it's easiest to root and put TWRP on. DLL are available at the same place I have the KDZs in the return to stock thread in my signature below. If you do want to root, I recommend primarily the method of downgrading to 10B via the TOT method using the 35B. In my limited experience KingRoot on 35B and 46A has been a temporary root and requires re-rooting every time you reboot. I have very limited experience with it since I've only used KingRoot in order be able to (in the end) downgrade to 10B and root with the more trustworthy Stump app so that I could have SuperSU, etc. I do appreciate the proper spelling of garbledeegook though, I've always wondered!
